Kerala State Rutronix will issue advertisements inviting Study Centers for
approval from time to time. Based on the existing adjacent learning
centers in urban and rural areas, the distance limit will be checked, and
new centers will be allotted only as per Rutronix norms. If the functioning
of the existing centers is not efficient, Kerala State Rutronix have the
authority to modify this condition. Preference will be given to colleges
and schools while allocating the center.
The Course Registration fee and Examination fee for learners should be
paid to Kerala State Rutronix in their respective names. The center must
ensure that arrangements are made for learners to pay the fees, and
verify that Rutronix has received the payments.
Kerala State Rutronix approval certificate should be displayed at centres.
If multiple study centers have applied for a specific location, approval will
be granted to the institution with the most ideal location and top-notch
infrastructure that meets the criteria after evaluating all applications.
The approved study center should display a name board with the design
approved by Kerala State Rutronix.
Political topics or references of a socially derogatory nature shall not be
included in the board, center, advertisements, website, or any other
documents or promotional materials in the Study Centre.
Any other courses of other centres or unique courses shall not be
conducted at the place approved by Kerala State Rutronix for the study
center.
Ownership transfer of a new study center of Kerala State Rutronix is not
allowed for a period of five years from the date of recognition. However, if the
organization's ownership transfer is necessary due to valid reasons, the
study center will be subject to Rutronix's norms."
By any cause or consequences, if the study centre has to be stopped, the
manager of the centre will be responsible for the timely completion of the
studies and registration for the examination of the students who are being
trained there.
Study centers that fail to register the number of learners specified per
academic year by Kerala State Rutronix will not be eligible for renewal from
the learning centers.
All study centres approved by Kerala State Rutronix must ensure the safety of
their students, teaching staff, and non-teaching staff. To fulfill this
requirement, the center owner is responsible for displaying women helpline
and child helpline numbers in the centers. Moreover, to be recognized, the
institutions must be legally established.
The centre renewal/registration, amount paid by the learner for various items
such as course registration, examination fee etc. is non-refundable.
The director must self-certify that there are no pending criminal cases in the
courts against the director, staff, or students of the center. If any such cases
exist, the details must be provided.
There should not be any kind of unhealthy competition between Study
centres.
Note: All Authorised Training Centre Registration will be on 1st April to 31st March next year.
I/We hereby declare that the terms and conditions have been read thoroughly and contents of the submitted application are true to my knowledge and that the declared working space in square feet allocated to start the new Authorised Training Centre of Kerala State Rutronix will be utilised only for conducting Rutronix courses and shall not be used for any other activities.
