- As part of the Kerala State Golden Jubilee Celebrations, Kerala State Rutronix Training Centres are recognized for executing the curriculum. For this project, RUTRONIX have the authority to conduct examination and issue concerned certificates.
- Study centres must maintain a minimum standard distance mentioned by Kerala State Rutronix
- Centre Registration/Renewal Fee, Learners Registration fee/Examination Fee are not refundable once registered and it's not under the responsibility of Rutronix.
- The centre should ensure that Registration Fee and Examination Fee of the Leaner must be paid to Kerala State Rutronix in name of Leaner itself.
- The Centre approval will be cancelled if the learners are registering for certification from any other place other than the address shown while applying for the approval of the centres.
- Study centres with previous experience in imparting CAD Course or already an established centre with infrastructure of Multimedia project as per KERALA STATE RUTRONIX norms will be given priority.
- Kerala State Rutronix approval certificate should be displayed at centres.
- The centre must have a name board that includes the name and emblem as prescribed by Kerala State Rutronix on the Left Side. Along with this, Centre name, Address, Phone number, Email and information about the courses must be displayed.
- Political topics or socially objectionable references should not be used in the board, centre, advertisements, website or any other promotional materials.
- Ownership change of the centre will not be accepted for the first 5 years. Incase of situation arrived for an ownership change, it will be purely based on the conditions set by Kerala State Rutronix.
- By any cause or consequences, if the centre has to be stopped, the manager of the centre will be responsible for the timely completion of the studies and registration for the examination of the students who are being trained there.
- The approval of the centres will not be renewed if they are unable to register the prescribed number of learners for the examination from the centres determined by Rutronix for each academic year.
- The safety of the students and teaching/non-teaching staffs should be ensured in all the centres Rutronix will not assist in any kind government funding directly or any other medium.
- Centres receiving Government funding directly or through any other means, Rutronix will not assist in any kind of government assistance.
- Examination fees must be directly paid by the students through Rutronix website as per the intimation given.
- The centre should have PAN card and GST Registration. The employees of the centre should have Aadhar.
- Must self-certify that there is no pending criminal case in courts against the director, staffs or students of the centre. If yes, the details must be provided.
- Total Carpet Area: 1000 Sq.ft. & above
- Minimum 200 sq. ft. Or Classroom which can accommodate 20 students or more.
- Minimum 250 sq. ft. Or Computer Lab which can accommodate a minimum of 10 working computers with enough seating capacity

- CAD/CAM Lab : 250Sq.ft.
- Reception Desk & Counselling Area : 100Sq.ft.
- Office Room : 100Sq.ft.
- Staff Room & Pantry : 150Sq.ft.
- Separate Toilet facilities with running water for boys and girls.
- Library with at least 3 books on each subject being taught.
- Minimum 10 working computers with sufficient hardware specifications to run all the software included in the curriculum. (Additional Computers at the rate of 1 per 10 the students beyond 100 students mark.)

- Printer and Scanner - Minimum one each. For more than 100 students, 1 more each/every 100 students.
Note: All ATC Registration will be on 1st April to 31st March next year.
ATC that do not follow the infrastructure as per the instructions will not get permission from KERALA STATE RUTRONIX to implement the project of HOUSE OF CAD.
